My story and your jumpstart

A few years back, I was always looking for a healthy lifestyle. I worked out a lot and ate all the “healthy” stuff I was told to (chicken breast, lean beef, fish, eggs, etc.).

I was young and very active, so it was hard to see the detrimental effects my nutrition had on my body. I was tired after my workouts, and I felt like shi* after my post workout meals.

But I looked great, I was ripped, muscular and everything I wanted.
That was “easy,” our bodies will manage to prosper with what you give him, especially when you are young.

What happens when we “grow up” (I’m talking on the late ’20s, early ’30s).
Our bodies start taking the toll on our miss treatment. You need to work harder, eat better, eat less, sleep more…

One day I went to the local book store and browsed the health section. I found one book that got my attention, I think the name was “just health” or similar.

I devoured the book in one single day!
The bottom line was, milk is bad, meat is terrible, animal products are harmful.

I’m an extreme guy, so in the day after I through all my fridge bad foods and went to the grocery store. I went directly to the veggies and fruits section, I bought everything I saw as I didn’t really know how they really taste.

It was hard at the start, my food tasted like grass… But in a retrospective, of course, it will, I just ate plain veggies, no dressing no nothing.
I don’t think you would like the taste of uncooked steak.
