You probably see hundreds or even thousands of different posts and articles on how to get motivated.

You even tried most of those “techniques” to getting motivated and “getting shit done”.

You even saw some great results (at the beginning) after you got yourself motivated and energized.

Isn’t that annoying that after that boost of motivation and successful actions you did, things start to get back to the old state?

Who the hell can be motivated on a daily basis??

There are days I just don’t wanna get up and start my workout.
There are so many times I just want to grab a bag of cheeps instead of prepping veggies for 10 minutes!

That is the exact reason you should STOP relying on motivation for getting your life in order!

  • Do you want to gain your confidence back?
  • Do you want to lose weight?
  • Do you want to have a sixpack?
  • Do you want a new job?

Motivation is NOT the way to go!

You need a system, a checklist of things you need to do so you could follow them with no relation to the way you feel in the moment.
