275lbs was my highest and I lost 75lbs
What is the biggest difficulty you had on your personal journey?
To be prepared with food for the whole day
What achievement are you most proud of in your journey?
I’m proud of my brave to start everything alone without any magic things. I didn’t give up in difficult times and keep on going. Finally I can do trainings what I wasn’t able to do before ( like pole fitness)
What is your favorite fitness exercise or training?
I’m doing pole fitness 3 times a week, gym twice a week and stretch and flex.
What is your favorite healthy meal?
I try to cook different foods. I don’t really have favourite I try to eat everything
What is your morning routine?
It depends what I will do that day. If work I wone up dress up and you to work without any breakfast because it’s too early (4am) to have breakfast, if I’m going to University I have a nice cup of tea and porridge for breakfast
What is your evening routine?
In the evening I’m on my pole fitness class after those I’m coming home shower have a nice chamomile tea and go in bed
What are your top 3 tips you would recommend to others?
Change your thinking about food this is not a diet it’s a life change , find something what keeps motivating you, don’t give up
