Why did you decide to become a fitness trainer?

I’m a Master Coach and I chose to do this because when my mom was diagnosed bipolar when I was 14, I wanted to make a difference showing we can still live in love & a great life no matter our circumstances.

What is your fit lifestyle routine?

Workout for 3 times a week, greens smoothies near daily especially in our 30 Day Smoothie Challenge.

Do you have any recommended diet?

Intuitive programming. Listen to your body, learn of plant-based foods, make them taste great. Your body’s your vessel.

What is your favorite workout?

Jump rope & kettlebells.

What is your one top tip for people who want to lose weight?
