I’ve been battling with my weight my entire life. Even being in the military I weighted in at 198. I have PCOS and major back problems so working out is not something I’ve been doing to lose weight. Now, I use my lifestyle to help manage my pain, it is reversing my PCOS, and manages my anxiety, depression and PTSD as well, plus I’ve lose 25 pounds and 6.5 inches just by eating!!

Piyo, but I have not started doing it yet.

Fried chicken thighs, with avocado salad and cheese!
What is your morning routine?
Wake up, make a cup of morning tea with Kreme (this is a special kreamer that has MCT oil, collagen, and AC-11 in it. Drink 26 oz of water, then drink my therapeutic grade ketones.

What are your top 3 tips you would recommend to others?
It takes time, you didn’t get here overnight, it’s not going to happen overnight, so keep going! Do your research. People like to say “FAD Diet” a lot when the ketogenic lifestyle has been used by medical professionals for over 150 years. Take PROGRESS PICTURES! Lots of weight can’t be seen on the scale, but can be seen when you put two pictures side by side.
