And this time, Janice Tyler shares her amazing story with us. She has been in the fitness world for for about 12 years with a aquafit background. 

Why did you decide to become a fitness trainer?

I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle and be able to help others do the same.

What is your fit lifestyle routine?

Gym almost everyday, I lift weights 4 times a week and do cardio , eat healthy as well.

Do you have any recommended diet?

Nothing specific, as I don’t count calories , just eat healthier and eat whole foods.

What is your favorite workout?

Compound exercises.

What is your one top tip for people who want to lose weight?

Eat healthy every 2-3 hours , cut down on sugar and carbs and make sure to have enough sleep and rest.
