And this time, Cathy McKinnon shares her amazing story with us. She has been in the fitness world for about 8 years. As a child she used to practice gymnastics and recently endurance races (spartan).

Why did you decide to become a fitness trainer?

Taking my learnings and seeing the change In peoples lives.

What is your fit lifestyle routine?

A mix of yoga, cardio and weight training.

Do you have any recommended diet?

Personally – high protein, low carb, low sugar. 

What is your favorite workout?

Power yoga. 

What is your one top tip for people who want to lose weight?

1% is still an improvement, small changes will add up.
