Farrah Miller’s Amazing Story

As you already know, Mind&Body adores successful people and believes they can change the world by inspiring others!

So I’ve been looking for champ personal trainers to share their story so you can learn about their professionalism and be inspired by their fitness tips.

And this time, Farrah Miller shares her amazing story with us. She has been in the fitness world for for about 5 years with a soccer, fitness training, at home workouts and horseback riding background. 

Why did you decide to become a fitness trainer?

I love healthy mindful lifestyle and that includes working out to keep my body and mind healthy. That’s why I have incorporated working out in my daily lifestyle. This led me into fitness field.

What is your fit lifestyle routine?

I meditate in the morning and right before bed. I eat mostly clean organic super foods, and I sleep at least 7-8 hours most of the nights. I would say that I mastered to manage stress and anxiety and that keep happy almost 99% of time. I take that as a GREAT accomplishment. I run several times a week, 40 miles a week or more. I lift weights and do abs. I balance my relationships and have boundaries set up in order to give my 100%, one must keep boundaries. Life is pretty awesome, attitude is your best friend!

Do you have any recommended diet?

I love the Mediterranean diet. It has lots of flavor, super foods, good carbs for energy, and good fats. I need carbs due to heavy work outs. And I can’t be totally on a low carb diet. I doesn’t resonate with my body.

What is your favorite workout?

It’s hard to pick one but I would say dancing tops it. I get lost in the joy and the fun of music and body movements that it doesn’t feel like I am working out, it feels so good, omg!

What is your one top tip for people who want to lose weight?

Don’t eat after 7pm! Intermittent fasting works wonders for your body.
