Curried Bean Burgers in Portobello Buns

  • 2 portobello mushrooms per person 
  • 1/3 ripe avocado per person

  • 4 tbsp tomato puree 
  • 2 tbsp water 
  • 1 1/2 tbsp curry powder 
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder 
  • 1 tbsp chili powder 
  • Grind of pepper
  • Sweet potato fries: 1 small-medium sweet potato per person, glug of olive oil, salt & pepper
