Corian Jean’s Top Tips

As you already know, Mind&Body adores successful people and believes they can change the world by inspiring others!

So I’ve been looking for champ personal trainers to share their story so you can learn about their professionalism and be inspired by their fitness tips.

And this time, Corian Jean’s shares her amazing story with us. Her main niche is crossfit and she has been in the fitness world for about 5 years. 

Why did you decide to become a fitness trainer?

I was unhealthy physically and mentally with my previous career. I found crossfit and it saved my life in more ways than one. I wanted to help others who are struggling to find their healthy lifestyle.

What is your fit lifestyle routine?

Each day is about helping others while keeping myself healthy and happy. I generally workout 5 fats a week with one active recovery day and one rest day. I workout for about an hour to two hours a day. I also am 95% paleo and cook all my meals at home. I love seasonal favorites and keeping recipes flavorful and simple. Each day I journal and practice positive self talk. I also listen to a lot of podcast on mindset, nutrition and business.

Do you have any recommended diet?

For others it’s hard to say. Each body is different and unique along with lifestyle and goals. I’m a firm believer in sustainable nutrition habits and I help others to find what that means for them.

What is your favorite workout?

I love lifting weights and things with higher level gymnastics.

What is your one top tip for people who want to lose weight?

My biggest tip is that it’s about working at it daily. It’s not about short term success but long term maintaining. Building daily routines and habits that last. If you build a solid foundation of healthy habits your weight lose will happen.
