Why did you decide to become a fitness trainer?

I was inspired at a young age to change my life through fitness and i want to show others how it can help them as well.

What is your fit lifestyle routine?

I wake up, meditate and journal everyday, eat breakfast and weight train 4-5 times a week and hike usually 2-3 times a week.

Do you have any recommended diet?

Eat real food. Be mindful of what you’re eating and hownyour body feels after. Eat foods that nourish your body

What is your favorite workout?

I love a good strength and conditioning workout. Women’s bodies respond really well to this type of workout.

What is your one top tip for people who want to lose weight?

Lift weights and trust the process!
